Produced by Dan Pienaar Enterprises Pty. Ltd. in Johannesburg, it was introduced into the SA market in 1978. It was a further development of the Rhodesian GM 15 and 16 SMG’s which were in turn based on the Czech Sa 25 SMG. Barrel length of 11,37″ (289mm) and a fourty round magazine. Plastic side-folding stock has broken-off, a common fault on these carbines. These were often later replaced with a cast alloy stock. Bore good condition.
