Left-hand-side of receiver is marked “Crown over Witten 1882”. Full-stock barrel of 23″ (584,20mm) gas carbine type rear sight and winged front sight. Side mounted front sling swivel, rear sling swivel is positioned on top of the stock, a feature unique to Witten. Metalwork has been reblued. Good refinished condition.
